Building Control Services Disclaimer

Plan Checker is strictly a connection platform that facilitates introductions between clients and building control professionals and other construction industry professionals.

Plan Checker does NOT:

• Perform any building control restricted activities or functions as defined by The Building (Restricted Activities and Functions) (England) Regulations 2023
• Provide building control services, inspections, or plan assessments
• Issue certificates, approvals, or notifications under building regulations
• Take responsibility for the compliance of any construction project with building regulations
• Act as a Registered Building Control Approver (RBCA) or Local Authority Building Control
• Assume liability for professional services arranged through the platform

Plan Checker's sole function is to provide a marketplace connecting clients with independent, qualified building control professionals who are individually responsible for their own services, compliance with regulations, and professional obligations.

All users acknowledge and accept that Plan Checker's role is limited to facilitating connections only, and that all building control services must be delivered by appropriately qualified and registered professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
